The Bachelor of Theology (Th.B) program is our flagship undergraduate degree. Because it spans multiple disciplines, it is ideal for any student who desires a deeper knowledge of Adonai and His word, as well as a stronger grasp of their own faith.
Prerequisites
The Th.B requires no formal education beyond a high school diploma.
Transfer Credit
A maximum of 64 credits (equivalent to half the program) may be transferred to Kehillat Yeshua Messianic Yeshiva's Th.B program. Transfer credits must have a letter grade of no less than C to be acceptable, and they must not have been used to already have obtained a Bachelor's degree elsewhere. (Associate's degrees and certificate program credits may still be applied to the Th.B program requirements, though).
Th.B Requirements for Graduation
A Bachelor of Theology (Th.B) degree will be awarded to students who satisfactorily complete no fewer than 128 credits with a minimum overall GPA of 1.67. The Th.B is offered with multiple concentrations or specializations available, and the student is also able to define their own concentration, provided they receive permission from their mentor and Yeshiva administration. The program requires 32 credits of core classes (given below) as well as at least 32 credits in the student's chosen concentration. Additionally, the Th.B requires submission and acceptance of a thesis.
